We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise plans). If you're unsatisfied for any reason within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • You have not exceeded reasonable usage of the service
  • Your account is in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has passed
  • Renewal charges (you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged)
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan
  • No further charges will be made

How to Request a Refund
