Use License

Free vs Paid Services

TextDetectors offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans are subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

To harass, abuse, or harm another person
To transmit unsolicited advertising or spam
To impersonate TextDetectors, our team, or any other person or entity
To engage in any conduct that restricts others' enjoyment of our services

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of TextDetectors and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Content Submitted

You retain all rights to text you submit for analysis. We do not claim ownership over submitted content, and we do not store it after processing.

Disclaimer

Our AI detection results are provided as probabilistic estimates, not definitive proof. TextDetectors makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of any detection result. Results should be used as guidance, not as conclusive evidence.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TextDetectors or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact our support team to request a refund.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
